David Richester jailed for claim fraud

David Ribchester was recently jailed for 8 months for fraudulently claiming £973,000 for injuries sustained during a work accident.

The 31 year old had a genuine accident at work, falling from a faulty ladder and injuring both of his wrists but it was his exaggerated claims that got the employers insurance company suspicious.

He claimed that he’d had to quit playing rugby, was unable to drive or even pick up his daughter.

The insurance company decided to investigate and has released footage of Ribchester playing Rugby with his old team mates without any signs of an injury whatsoever.

The Judge at The Old Bailey said that it was the greed of Ribchester that got him sentenced to Jail.

There is no excuse for defrauding insurance companies and we rebuke anyone who tries to do this.

Russell Worth is here to help people who have been genuinely injured through no fault of their own and have suffered financially, physically or mentally through their experience.

If that is your story then you are in the right place!

Excellent. The service was efficient from start to finish and I would not hesitate to recommend Russell Worth Solicitors to anybody who is unfortunate enough to meet with a personal injury that is not their fault.
