I started working for Russell Worth in? May 2014 – Initially in the Admin Department
What do I do for Russell Worth? The New Client Team deal with new enquiries and potential new claims. We assess the potential new claims and process new files to get our client’s claims started.
My favourite bit of the job – Assisting and re-assuring clients that have had a rough time, letting them know we can help them to get compensation they deserve for injuries they have sustained.
My least favourite bit of the job – Having to reject potential new clients as they’ve left claiming too late.
