I started working for Russell Worth in? 2011 in the Accounts Department
What do I do for Russell Worth? With the team we deal with new enquires for potential claims. We assess the accident details and process the initial paper work to get the client’s claims up and running as soon as possible for the file handlers.
My favourite bit of the job is working with the team. They are all very hard working, helpful and accommodating in what is a very fast paced and busy environment.
My least favourite bit of the job is having to reject clients when they potentially would have had a claim but they have unfortunately left it too late to claim.
Cook or be cooked for? Cook. I love to cook and bake but would love more time to do so.
Telephone or Twitter? Telephone.
Cornwall or London? Depends what break I’m after. If it’s relaxing then Cornwall, but if it’s shopping then London.
Gardening or shopping? 100% Shopping! Love to shop and hate to do the gardening.
Champagne or coffee? Champagne.
Reality TV or period drama? Period Drama. I am not much of a fan of reality TV.
I’d rather be visiting a spa for a relaxing day of massage, prosecco and food!
